Place d' Armes, Monaco

    Monaco too had its own tramway, symbol of progress and modernity thanks to the magics of electricity. But today the Place d'Armes( which in fact means Parade Ground) is no more what it used to be at the time of the tramway.
    Monaco aussi avait son tramway, symbole  du progrès et de la modernité qu'apportait l'électricité. Mais la Place d'Armes aujourd'hui a bien changé.
